J&K: 2 terrorists killed in an encounter in Pulwama district, one CPRF Jawan martyred

Two terrorists were killed in an encounter with the security forces that took place in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama area. One CRFP Jawan was also martyred in this gun fight after suffering several bullet injuries. 

The operation has ended and 2 AK-47 guns have also been confiscated. Meanwhile, the search combing operation is still underway.

Following specific information about the presence of militants in Bandzoo village, security forces including the local police, Rashtriya Rifles and the CRPF started a cordon and search operation during which an encounter started. Lately, many such encounters have been taking place in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
